Chromebook Repair/Replacement

Chromebook Repair

• If a scholar damages a Chromebook, and it can be repaired the parent/guardian will be charged the cost of the repair. I.e. screen $65.00...keyboard $35.00...per key $6.00...

• If a scholar damages a Chromebook, and it CAN NOT be repaired the parent/guardian will be charged a replacement fee of $165.00.

• If a scholar loses or damages their AC adapter, the parent/guardian will be charged a replacement fee of $20.00.

• If a scholar loses or damages the work-in Chromebook case the parent/guardian will be charged a replacement fee of $30.00.

• If a Chromebook is returned and/or is not in the condition it was originally received, the parent/guardian will be charged a replacement fee of $165.00.

• If a Chromebook is not returned or replacement fee has not been paid, students will not receive his/her transcript/diploma.

Payment Policy

• All payments for damages/repairs/replacement will be accepted by money order to Uprepschools.

• If paying in cash, please pay exact amount.

• We DO NOT except card payment.
